Barbara Daly : Innocent Lipstick

I'm a little in love with the Barbara Daly range.... Can you tell?

I've heard about this product via the blogging world and have been trying forever to get it. Every time I went to tesco they had every other shade but this one, which I guess is a testament to how popular it really is. So, is it worth the hype?

PRICE - £5.00 for 3.5g

AVAILABILITY - Any Teco which stocks the BD range, but again this one seems to fly off the shelves!

COLOUR - A light beige pink with golden shimmer.

PERFORMANCE - Innocent comes out as a light glaze of colour, much like Hue lipstick it gives the lips a subtle pink glow but with a little more oomph and some shimmer mixed in for good mesure. It feels very moisturising which is nice for my poor dry lips but the sheen means it wont last for very long, maybe an hour or two.

PACKAGING - As with all BD products a shiny black case with the bd logo is standard. The tube is a thin but sturdy plastic and pleasingly the lid stays securely on!

OVERALL - I do really love this lipstick even though the staying power isn't the best. Great colour, great price and great performance. What more could you want?
